Choose which source values update existing destination store products.
Fields to sync
New products need an initial title, price, SKU and variant structure. These are copied when the product is first created. New products start as drafts.
Update behavior
Expands verified brand abbreviations and standardizes concentration, audience and size from source facts. For existing products, enable Product title above. New products use this style automatically. Existing titles change only when you transfer those products again or receive an enabled automatic product update.
Source IDs identify mapped products. Destination-only variants and collection memberships are preserved.
Automatic sync
Register webhooks first. Automatic changes use your saved selection.
Sales deductions apply to new orders, including COD. Select one mapped source location if stock comes from several branches. Cancellations, refunds and order edits require manual inventory adjustment.
Automatic price and image updates require their field setting to be enabled too.

In sum mode, quantities are added before the buffer is deducted. Unmapped destination locations are left as they are.
Shared stock needs shared order accounting.
Enable sales deductions in Sync rules to subtract new destination store orders from the mapped source inventory. Shopify already deducts destination store stock; this app deducts the source once. Cancellations, refunds and order edits need manual adjustments.

Stock is the total tracked product inventory across source locations. These filters apply to manual transfers; automatic stock updates still send zero quantities. Filters are applied while fetching source data. Changing a filter reloads the current view. Each page replaces the previous batch. Detailed SKU and variant checks run during transfer, before changes are written.
